Method 1: Contact via Email

Compose a new email to account@ourpoly.com

1. Use the subject line: "Request to Delete Account"

2. Include your full name

3. Include the email address associated with your account

4. A brief reason for deletion (optional)

5. Send and wait for confirmation response

6. Follow any additional instructions provided

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Method 2: Delete via App Settings

1. Open the OurPoly app on your device

2. Log in to your account if you haven't already

3. Tap on the profile icon or menu to access Settings

4. Scroll down and look for "Account Management" or "Privacy"

5. Tap on "Delete Account" or "Close Account"

6. Read through any warnings or information provided

7. If prompted, enter your password to confirm

8. Select a reason for deletion from the dropdown menu

9. Tap "Delete My Account" or "Confirm Deletion"

10. Follow any additional on-screen instructions

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after a short processing period.

Important Information

· Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

· All your personal data, messages, and connections will be removed

· Cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account

· Download any data you wish to keep before initiating deletion
